Karate training can benefit adults in many ways, including building self-confidence, improving physical fitness and coordination, developing self-discipline and focus, and providing a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Learn practical real world self-protection skills.
We have a branded Elite Karate Academy gi (traditional karate uniform) and a belt. Any loose fitting clothing/gym attire is ok to wear in the beginning.
All you will need is a uniform. Later we recommend gloves to protect you and focus mitts to train with your partner.
The basic package offers classes twice a week. Which is the minimum requirement for progression.Our premium package offers four or more classes a week.
Results from karate training will vary depending on the individual, but most students can expect to see improvements in physical fitness, coordination, and self-confidence within a few weeks to a few months of training.
Yes, karate training is generally safe for adults as long as they are under the guidance of a qualified and experienced instructor. We will never ask you to do anything you feel uncomfortable with, but we will slowly move you out of your comfort zone. That’s where growth happens.
